Review
Hereditary is an average movie. The movie has an interesting story in the beginning. It starts with suspense and silence. The pace is pretty slow. You will keep thinking something is going to happen next. Milly Shapiro played the role of a 13-year-old Charlie. Her look is slightly strange and haunting also her weird behavior is a bit horrifying. There are some disturbing scenes in the movie, these are well picturized. The film definitely has several provoking terror moments which raise the heat of the movie. Many places the story could have been better. But it did not work out well. At some horror scenes, people ended up laughing though it was meant to be a serious scene 😀 If you say about the acting, all the actors have played their role pretty well. The story was not that great that messed up with the pace. If you want to watch for timepass, you can watch this movie one time. But if you are really looking for great horror stuff, this is a big no-no. This movie has a different concept in the aura of horror films, if you liked witch movie like The Witch, you might like Heredity also. I would give it as 2 out of 5.
